adams.flow.transformer.HeatmapLocateObjects
Locates objects in a heatmap and forwards a sub-heatmap per located object, cropped around the object.
It is also possible to simply annotate the heatmap by storing the locations of the located objects in the report.
Flow input/output:
- input: adams.data.heatmap.Heatmap
- output: adams.data.heatmap.Heatmap
The logging level for outputting errors and debugging output.
command-line | -logging-level <OFF|SEVERE|WARNING|INFO|CONFIG|FINE|FINER|FINEST> |
default | WARNING |
min-user-mode | Expert |
The name of the actor.
command-line | -name <java.lang.String> |
default | HeatmapLocateObjects |
The annotations to attach to this actor.
command-line | -annotation <adams.core.base.BaseAnnotation> |
default |
|
If set to true, transformation is skipped and the input token is just forwarded as it is.
command-line | -skip <boolean> |
default | false |
If set to true, the flow execution at this level gets stopped in case this actor encounters an error; the error gets propagated; useful for critical actors.
command-line | -stop-flow-on-error <boolean> |
default | false |
min-user-mode | Expert |
If enabled, then no errors are output in the console; Note: the enclosing actor handler must have this enabled as well.
command-line | -silent <boolean> |
default | false |
min-user-mode | Expert |
Outputs the heatmaps either one by one or as array.
command-line | -output-array <boolean> |
default | false |
The conversion for turning the heatmap into an image before applying the locator algorithm.
command-line | -conversion <adams.data.conversion.HeatmapToBufferedImage> |
default | adams.data.conversion.HeatmapToBufferedImage -generator adams.gui.visualization.core.BiColorGenerator |
The algorithm for locating the objects.
command-line | -locator <adams.flow.transformer.locateobjects.AbstractObjectLocator> |
default | adams.flow.transformer.locateobjects.PassThrough |
If enabled, an annotated heatmap containing a report with all the locations is generated instead of separate heatmap objects.
command-line | -generate-report <boolean> |
default | false |
The report field prefix to use when generating a report.
command-line | -prefix <java.lang.String> |
default | Object. |
