adams.flow.transformer.NegativeRegions
Uses the specified generator for generating negative regions for the image passing through.
Flow input/output:
- input: adams.data.image.AbstractImageContainer
- output: adams.data.image.AbstractImageContainer
The logging level for outputting errors and debugging output.
command-line | -logging-level <OFF|SEVERE|WARNING|INFO|CONFIG|FINE|FINER|FINEST> |
default | WARNING |
min-user-mode | Expert |
The name of the actor.
command-line | -name <java.lang.String> |
default | NegativeRegions |
The annotations to attach to this actor.
command-line | -annotation <adams.core.base.BaseAnnotation> |
default |
|
If set to true, transformation is skipped and the input token is just forwarded as it is.
command-line | -skip <boolean> |
default | false |
If set to true, the flow execution at this level gets stopped in case this actor encounters an error; the error gets propagated; useful for critical actors.
command-line | -stop-flow-on-error <boolean> |
default | false |
min-user-mode | Expert |
If enabled, then no errors are output in the console; Note: the enclosing actor handler must have this enabled as well.
command-line | -silent <boolean> |
default | false |
min-user-mode | Expert |
The algorithm to use for generating the negative regions.
command-line | -algorithm <adams.flow.transformer.negativeregions.AbstractNegativeRegionsGenerator> |
default | adams.flow.transformer.negativeregions.Null |
Determines how to transfer the generated negative regions into the image.
command-line | -transfer-type <ADD|REPLACE> |
default | ADD |
The prefix that the objects are stored under in the report.
command-line | -object-prefix <java.lang.String> |
default | Object. |
Defines the 'type' to use for the negative region objects (and stored in report), ignored if empty.
command-line | -object-type <java.lang.String> |
default |
|
If enabled, no copy of the image container is created before adding the regions.
command-line | -no-copy <boolean> |
default | false |
If enabled, no container is forwarded if no negative regions were generated.
command-line | -no-regions-no-output <boolean> |
default | false |
