adams.flow.transformer.SpectrumFileWriter
Saves a spectrum to disk with the specified writer and passes the absolute filename on.
As filename/directory name (depending on the writer) the database ID of the spectrum is used (below the specified output directory).
Flow input/output:
- input: adams.data.spectrum.Spectrum, adams.data.spectrum.Spectrum[], adams.data.spectrum.MultiSpectrum
- output: java.lang.String
The logging level for outputting errors and debugging output.

If set to true, transformation is skipped and the input token is just forwarded as it is.
command-line | -skip <boolean> |
default | false |
If set to true, the flow execution at this level gets stopped in case this actor encounters an error; the error gets propagated; useful for critical actors.
