adams.flow.transformer.SpectrumDbWriter
Writes a spectrum to the database and passes its ID on.
Flow input/output:
- input: adams.data.spectrum.Spectrum
- output: java.lang.Integer
The logging level for outputting errors and debugging output.
| command-line | -logging-level <OFF|SEVERE|WARNING|INFO|CONFIG|FINE|FINER|FINEST> |
| default | WARNING |
| min-user-mode | Expert |
The name of the actor.
| command-line | -name <java.lang.String> |
| default | SpectrumDbWriter |
The annotations to attach to this actor.
| command-line | -annotation <adams.core.base.BaseAnnotation> |
| default | |
If set to true, transformation is skipped and the input token is just forwarded as it is.
| command-line | -skip <boolean> |
| default | false |
If set to true, the flow execution at this level gets stopped in case this actor encounters an error; the error gets propagated; useful for critical actors.
| command-line | -stop-flow-on-error <boolean> |
| default | false |
| min-user-mode | Expert |
If enabled, then no errors are output in the console; Note: the enclosing actor handler must have this enabled as well.
| command-line | -silent <boolean> |
| default | false |
| min-user-mode | Expert |
The pre-processor to apply to the data.
| command-line | -pre-processor <adams.flow.transformer.datacontainer.AbstractDataContainerPreProcessor> |
| default | adams.flow.transformer.datacontainer.NoPreProcessing |
If enabled, an existing spectrum gets removed from the database first before the new one is being written; if disabled, then new spectra that already exist in the database won't get added, forwarding -1.
| command-line | -overwrite-existing <boolean> |
| default | false |
If enabled, any existing report is kept in the database.
| command-line | -keep-report <boolean> |
| default | false |
If enabled, the spectrum (with updated database ID if not -1) is output instead of the database ID.
| command-line | -output-container <boolean> |
| default | false |
If enabled, the wave numbers get stored in the database as well.
| command-line | -store-wave-no <boolean> |
| default | true |
