extends AbstractPythonExecution
    Executes pip with the specified options and broadcasts the generated output (stdout and/or stderr) continuously.

    -logging-level <OFF|SEVERE|WARNING|INFO|CONFIG|FINE|FINER|FINEST> (property: loggingLevel)
    The logging level for outputting errors and debugging output.

    The annotations to attach to this actor.
