extends Combinator

Combinator proposed as third part of Miettinen's BCX algorithm. It is a strictly improving combinator, that means, that it maybe improves, but never decreases the reconstruction accuracy.

row - a row from the original matrix

previousCombination - approximation, already obtained by previous steps

basis - the basis matrix (with basis patterns as rows)

onesWeight - relative weight of 1 -> 0 errors

Returns:
