    Converts word frequencies into strings, using the following format: word<DELIMITER>frequency 

    -logging-level <OFF|SEVERE|WARNING|INFO|CONFIG|FINE|FINER|FINEST> (property: loggingLevel)
    The logging level for outputting errors and debugging output.
    default: WARNING
 
    -delimiter <java.lang.String> (property: delimiter)
    The delimiter to use in the output.
    default: ,
