extends AbstractStemmer
    Uses the selected Weka stemmer. 

    -logging-level <OFF|SEVERE|WARNING|INFO|CONFIG|FINE|FINER|FINEST> (property: loggingLevel)
    The logging level for outputting errors and debugging output.
    default: WARNING
 
    -stemmer <weka.core.stemmers.Stemmer> (property: stemmer)
    The Weka stemmer to use.
    default: weka.core.stemmers.LovinsStemmer
