extends AbstractStringConversion

Right pads a string up to a maximum number of characters.

-logging-level <OFF|SEVERE|WARNING|INFO|CONFIG|FINE|FINER|FINEST> (property: loggingLevel)
    The logging level for outputting errors and debugging output.
    default: WARNING
 

-width <int> (property: width)
    The maximum width of the padded string.
    default: 0
    minimum: 0
 

-pad-char <java.lang.String> (property: padCharacter)
    The character to pad with.
    default:
