public class BlueChannelColorizer
extends AbstractBufferedImageTransformer
implements ImageColorizerWithColorProvider

Interprets the values in the blue channel (e.g., used by image segmentation frameworks) of the images as indices and replaces them with colors from the specified color provider.

-logging-level <OFF|SEVERE|WARNING|INFO|CONFIG|FINE|FINER|FINEST> (property: loggingLevel)
    The logging level for outputting errors and debugging output.
    default: WARNING
 

-color-provider <adams.gui.visualization.core.ColorProvider> (property: colorProvider)
    The color provider to use for the blue channel indices.
    default: adams.gui.visualization.core.DefaultColorProvider
